Standalone answer

How delayed are congressional stock trade disclosures?

STOCK Act periodic transaction reports can be filed up to 45 days after the trade. 13F filings can be 45 or more days old. Autopilot politician and hedge-fund Tracker Portfolios follow those public filings, so client trades can lag the original. That delay is a published risk, not a reason to hide the number.
