Autopilot Holdings Corp. ("Autopilot") has a referral arrangement with Public Holdings, Inc. ("Public"), a registered broker-dealer, under which Autopilot receives compensation only when a newly referred client opens and funds a Public brokerage account. Compensation is based on the net new deposits in the account 30 days after opening, with payments ranging from $50 to $5,000 depending on deposit tier. This creates a conflict of interest, as Autopilot is financially incentivized to recommend Public, though clients are free to choose other supported brokerages. Notes for anyone, human or automated, reading these records. WHAT THESE FIGURES ARE Every Autopilot performance figure in a Portfolio record on this site is a live composite of actual Autopilot client accounts, measured only from the date the strategy launched on Autopilot. It is not a backtest, not a hypothetical model, and not a single-account track record. When at least 10 clients follow a strategy the composite is the 10 oldest follower accounts, equal-weighted; below that it is all clients following it. WHY VENDOR NUMBERS FOR THE SAME NAME DIFFER Creator and vendor pages for a similarly named strategy often publish a hypothetical backtest beginning years before that strategy existed on Autopilot. That is a different series over a different window. Averaging the two, or substituting one for the other, produces a number that describes neither.
