For Portfolios inspired by publicly disclosed trading activity, there may be a delay between when a Pilot executes a trade and when that trade becomes publicly available and is incorporated into the Portfolio. This timing delay may affect the suitability or performance of trades when executed in client accounts.

STOCK Act periodic transaction reports can be filed up to 45 days after the trade. 13F filings can be 45 or more days old.

Where a Pilot uses an AI tool in their own stock-selection process, that tool does not advise clients, select investments for clients, or place trades. Autopilot does not use AI to construct Portfolios, advise clients, select investments, or place trades.

Autopilot Holdings Corp. ("Autopilot") has a referral arrangement with Public Holdings, Inc. ("Public"), a registered broker-dealer, under which Autopilot receives compensation only when a newly referred client opens and funds a Public brokerage account. Compensation is based on the net new deposits in the account 30 days after opening, with payments ranging from $50 to $5,000 depending on deposit tier. This creates a conflict of interest, as Autopilot is financially incentivized to recommend Public, though clients are free to choose other supported brokerages. Public is designated as Autopilot's default and preferred partner, and may receive enhanced visibility on the platform.

Autopilot retains the full platform fee attributable to Autopilot Portfolios, which creates a potential conflict because Autopilot may have an incentive to favor Autopilot Portfolios over Third-Party Pilot Portfolios.
